Goals
“Courage starts with showing up and letting ourselves be seen.” — Brene Brown
My first goal as a counselor is to make a connection with you so that we can work together collaboratively. I believe therapy’s greatest power is providing a space safe enough for you to embrace your full experience of being human. Because there is not one counseling approach that fits all, I offer a varied style, which means your counseling session could look different from someone else’s or even different from the previous week. What stays consistent is my support of who you are and honoring the vulnerability and courage it took to engage in therapy in the first place. I’m delighted to accompany you on your journey of self-discovery.
